"For years, I hid behind the loss of Hudson, fearing that clients wouldn't want to connect. What is The Hudson Project you may ask ? It is a passion project that I created several years ago as a way to be in active grief. I was finding I wanted to grieve, but I wanted to do something with my grief.  I wanted a tangible way to make things feel better.

I sat down at my computer after I heard a little voice inside me say- create affirmation cards ? What ? I said. Create affirmation cards. So, card by card I wrote quotes, did illustrations, and created my very first deck of cards to help in the healing of grief.

If you’re not sure what to say to someone that has lost a loved one, the Very New Monday Affirmation cards for grief will be the perfect grief to assist in knowing what to say.  You pull a card for the person who has lost, and it will give you the message to share with them.

But, what does this have to do with Real Estate you ask ? Well, it has allowed me to deem the concept “Trauma Informed Real Estate”.
