She is very professional and current. Small things like using online signing to avoid meetings and large amounts of paper work. Kim recently just sold a condo for me which was a little tricky from the get go with the current market conditions, and the fact that the condo building is self managed. Items such as document retrieval for the buyer was a bit of pain. Kim coordinated with the condo to get the necessary documents on my behalf, and even collected them in person on occasion just to ensure that we didn't lose the buyer for the property.
