The Rivers District revitalization project has been in planning and development since early 2000's and has already proven to be a positive move in the right direction. Across the river, Bridgeland has been going through its own revitalization, with many new condos being built. These new buildings will have commercial space on the main floor, making convenience to amenities a priority.
